Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall administration of the school.
- Supervise teachers and other school staff.
- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement school policies and procedures.
- Monitor students’ academic performance and discipline.
- Prepare school budgets and manage financial resources.
- Communicate with parents, school boards, and the community.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure compliance with education laws and government regulations.
- Organize school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment.
- Encourage professional development and continuous improvement among staff.
